I only work with a small number of schools on major searches in order to ensure that each approach is especially designed to support your institution. With extensive experience in both independent school, charter school and small and midsize not for profit chief and senior executive searches, I will help you frame the right approach to attract the strongest candidates for your institution.


Each search process is highly nuanced and bespoke for your unique community. Complimentary coaching for the outgoing executive is provided; in addition to coaching for the new leader’s first year of tenure. My approach includes identifying opportunities to refine institutional culture and climate to support nontraditional candidates, an area where I have three decades of experience. The search design includes a full week on your campus interviewing all of your key constituencies; levering focus groups, 1:1 interviews and learning more about mission, community values and strategic goals. A comprehensive survey is also used to leverage more quantitative data about your community; all of this results in a deeply personalized search statement to yield the best candidates for your institution. Having recruited senior not for profit and public agency executives for over two decades, I bring a unique and highly effective approach to identifying and securing executives and senior staff.
